This afternoon we decided to go hang out at the lake. We didn't take the boat, just went to cool down and let the boys catch crawdads, lizards and to swim. We had a fun afternoon together!

How fun! Everytime we go to the lake we take the boat, but it would be nice just to go swim one day and let nate play in the sand. We are going to have to go do that!
Alisa, Yeah it is fun to go w/out the boat sometimes! They have really nice beaches with that really super soft red sand. We usually pull the boat up and anchor somewhere and let the boys swim but you can't pull the boat into this area. Nate would have so much fun playing in the sand and water. The water is so shallow in some areas of the beach too! Now that I say that, we are taking the boat out tomorrow! haha
