This year for Halloween I let Tyler and Ryan go trick or treating by themselves. Although, they stayed in our neighborhood and the one next to ours. They walked with their friends Scott, Trevor, Zak and Zane and for the most part it all went well. They did have two cell phones between them so Heather and I felt much better about the whole thing!! Heather and I took the younger ones out and had alot of fun. We hit the whole neighborhood! Throughout the neighborhood there were houses that had activities. Jake and Zack had fun at those houses. Jake especially liked the MCArthurs who had hangars on their garage door and you had to eat a donut off without using your hands! It was fun and all three boys came home with TONS of candy! I think we might still have some left to hand out next year for Halloween! (just kidding!!!) I hope everyone had a great Halloween!

What was Tyler's costume? He looks freaky. You are brave to let them go all by themselves. I bet they thought they were so cool. And you had to earn great mom props for letting them...way to go, now you are the coolest mom ever.
Tyler's costume was a zombie! He had makeup for school because they couldn't wear masks to school. But that night he wanted to wear the mask. I know it was freaky but it's Halloween! I would love to be the coolest mom ever!

Thanks Erin! It was a fun night! :) Expept for the big blister on my little toe! I guess I needed to wear different shoes...or maybe flip flops would have been better!!! :)
I made Tyler tell me who he was before I gave him candy. Yeah it was a little mean, but I am the "mean bus stop lady", so whatever!!!
Oh yeah jacob came over today looking for Mase while he was at school. It was cute! Then he wanted to tell me all sorts of stories. I have never heard him talk so much. I guess I am cool! It must have been me teasing him on Halloween.
